Struggling with Coping Mechanisms

I feel you. I was so determined to make this year different but my brain just won’t allow it and I feel hopeless :( sending a squeeze to everyone else feeling the same x

times are rough and I'm kind of going through the same if you need advice, someone to talk to, a comfort buddy I'm here to help don't be scared to ask people on here will be going through some of the same stuff just please don't leave this earth just yet.

I understand. I think I'm spiraling into a psychotic break. I don't have much advice, though, just letting you know that I get it.

It's okay to feel this way. It's crumby out, a lot of emotionally charged times have been had and even if you DO sh. Just gives you a chance to keep trying again.
