@IceGoddess Ive not gotten that far either honestly. Still dealing with the cause of my issues. A chronic condition crept up on me years ago. However i stumbled on something. Bioflavanoids may have fully cleared up my anxiety and most of my depression. I started taking them early sept. 2022 and since oct. I have had no anxiety issues. $30 bottle on amazon for 200 capsules. 1 a day. I started taking them to improve my bloodflow andfor another reason. But seems a 2019 research linked them to improving anxiety and depression. Honestly i cant recomend them enough on here.

I understand what you are saying. A lot of people who are meant to help us (family, friends, medical etc.) don’t take our problems seriously until something “shocking” happens. It’s tiring. I believe proper help is out there for you… I suppose we have to fight for it when the people who are meant to support us don’t. I had to fight for it a lot, for a long time. I had several suicide attempts while I was being denied treatment. It didn’t change anything (and it was for different reasons), but I understand the feeling of hopelessness. But, I believe and hope that help is out there for you too.

There are ALWAYS ways to get help. Reach out to organizations, find therapists and stuff on your own, admit yourself to an institution if you feel it's absolutely necessary. But NEVER try to kill yourself to get help

This seems like one of those times your brain is lying to you. There are ways to get help (I am assuming you have tried but Drs. keep assuring you it's not that bad)

@Moppy2.0 I haven't really even gotten to the Dr. stage part. Mostly because the system seems so overwhelming and I suck at motivating my body to do things. Have tried therapy but never works and had two grippy sock vacations that didn't go anywhere.
