Disappointed with my Cerebral Palsy Treatment

I can't believe it. I was at Columbia University in nyc to see a Dr that specializes in cp in adults and hopefully do surgery. he prescribed a leg brace which I wore for a year. I told them that my walking was getting worse, so I finally went back and saw a different Dr in the practice l, again hoping they would do surgery, and he told me that the brace I'm wearing won't do any good for my walking problem, so they prescribed a different brace and botox injection. I wasn't happy. we will see how long I have to wear this before deciding if it's helping and if I could have surgery.
