I started Sertraline at 50mg daily and it’s helped me so far. I’ve been wondering when people on higher doses knew it was time to go up a dose?

I was in a hospital setting when I started sertraline so I went 50 to 200 mg pretty quickly and the biggest thing I’ve noticed as of recently is that I feel veryyyy spacey, out of it, and forgetful. I am going to have my psychiatrist start to lower my dose soon. I guess i didn’t have a huge say in my dose changes but whoever is providing your meds can help you with knowing! I think I’d keep going up until you start feeling unlike yourself
