Struggling with Anxiety and Eating Habits

I couldn't eat due to anxiety, I have been trying to make myself eat for weeks now,, now that I felt like I was finally starting to get ahold of things, my mother commented on how I look skinnier... I told myself I didn't care about things like that because I just want to be healthy, but I think because someone actually physically said something its all I can think about now, and even relapsed last night🙃
