I didn't know about ocular rosacea either! It sounds like you have been through a lot 🤗 My dermatologist was telling me about the triggers and I don't know if I can give up spicy food lol

Hi I was diagnosed with rosacea and ocular rosacea a few years ago after my surgeries. I never even knew you could get it in the eyes 👀 I have had so many other health problems unfortunately I haven’t had time to get treated. I do know weather, stress and foods do trigger it.

Rosacea used to be what kept me from going out, embarrassed me. Had always been vegetarian since I was 13, on and off vegan. Went on a diet to lose 15 lbs, my face went crazy red/purple and swelled. So bad I went to dermatologist, he said dairy is inflammatory. I cut it out, no more rosacea!
