Feeling Worthless: Dealing with Negative Comments

I think it's because they haven't gone through what people in pain go through, usually people don't know what something is like until they go through it

All the time. I don't "look" sick. Unfortunately what hurts worse it's from people who are close to me and should know better.

Yeah. And told I take too many meds (I take 2 antidepressants, that's it). I'm working on a10 year plan to get out of Dodge and stay gone.

I get that a lot. I also get you don't look ill. You should be able to work through it.

Let's wait and see how those people carry out executive function tasks when they are overwhelmed. They probably couldn't lift a finger under your/our circumstances.
