I have figured out a way to get past a bit of my executive dysfunction when it comes to calling the doctor. I have needed to call for a while, and kept failing. So in a moment of ability, at 10:30pm, I left a message. I'm much better at doing things once I'm on the phone, and this way they'll call me. Hopefully this helps someone else.
