this goes with my other post, talking about how severe my anxiety has been lately and impacting my quality of life. I've had tourettes for a what feels like forever and recently noticed that one of my tics is messing with my anxiety? I have this breathing stutter..? I push out my belly and make a little noise in the back of my throat but because of my panic attacks being so frequent I've noticed that this can literally set me off, if anyone has tips about 1 disorder setting off others feel free to share !
