The adult coloring books are great.
My hobbies have helped me. I crotchet and paint. My hobbies have given me an outlet for those feelings and I get something cool at the end.

@packersfan95 I actually started mine in high school but I usually do them while I'm watching TV or just don't want to get out of bed. It makes me feel better because I'm actually doing something. Crotchet would be a good one. It's easy doesn't cost much (I've bought yarn at the dollar store) and you can make a blanket to cuddle with
I find routines to be a life saver, or "rules" for yourself. For me, I must do my laundry every Saturday. Even if I don't fold it, I at least wash it and my sheets. I also tell myself I must sweep and mop at some point over the weekend, just whenever my mental and physical health allows
