Do you have trouble sleeping at night? Are you nervous about having kids with scoliosis?

I do, my mind raises constantly. I’m nervous about my kid having anything I have. Weather it be anxiety, depression, ptsd, bipolar, scoliosis, plantar fasciitis, heart problems, psoriasis. What’s going on in this world I wouldn’t wanna bring a kid into it right now.

yes. I’ve struggled with it since I was diagnosed as a child. i bought a scoliroll from my chiropractor it pushes on the side of the curve. I also got a neck stretcher on Amazon. You lay your head back and allow ur neck to stretch. I do these stretches before bed and feel a lot better. sleeping on my back with a thin pillow that allows for my neck to lift a bit and my head stretched back with a pillow under my knees helps so much. If you sleep on ur side have the pillow between ur legs a thin one next to ur hip and one that can give ur neck support without having ur head tilt over to your shoulder too much. This has always helped me.
