Looking for Medication Advice for Trichotillomania

I've tried 8 medications, and one helps with my anxiety really well, but even if I up the dose it doesn't help with the trich. I finally found a medication that helps with the trich!! Mirtazapine, 30 mg.

Naltrexone!

Medications don’t work for me no matter what i try i still have the urge to pull and eat my hair, i want to work with a therapist to get a psychiatric support dog to help me not pull my hair
