How do you fall asleep at night?

I take seroquel to sleep - without it, I'll be up for hours (sometimes even days) before I eventually pass out, and the sleep isn't energizing. Besides that, I sleep with a weighted blanket and a fan on, and I usually have a cup of Sleepytime tea before bed.

I have a headband with built-in headphones that is pretty comfortable to sleep in. I turn on meditations, asmr, podcasts, brown/white noise, etc. Something relaxing that can keep me occupied, but calm me down also. I usually fall asleep during a video, but if I don't, I always get tired enough to fall asleep soon after.

I was basically told, take your tablet lay in bed in complete darkness and wait to fall asleep
