Regular Chest Pains - Anxiety or Something Else?

anxiety can often cause chest pains. but to stay safe it’s always good to talk with your doctor if you are worried

I did and i was told for over a year it was just my anxiety and it turned out to be 4 different heart problems, its ALWAYS worth getting checked out!

Please see your doctor to rule out any cardiac issues . Just to make sure is not cardiac issues .

it comes and goes for me, only when my mental health gets really bad (for example last year I had them frequently but I'm doing better now comparatively with no chest pain). but it would hurt to consult a doctor and get an EKG done, I had that done as well just for my higher resting heart rate and it came out fine
