Coping with Loneliness: Tips and Tricks

we just got in to a fight caz I asked him to stop doing something I hate and i got mad becaz he kept doing it he's been calling me sissy and I hate it and I have told him that every time and he won't stop and he just sent me a message a little bit ago saying "One of these times your going to have to find someone else" I'm laying here in tears

I often feel alone. Even when I know I have people to go to (friends) and a treatment team supporting me, I still feel utterly by myself sometimes. I do my best to remember that feelings don't last forever. I also try to opposite act by interacting with people even if it is hard.

Put music on or the tv..and clean something small while you dance..that usually helps me

I wish it was that easy for me right now
