I’m trying this mailing postcards from home. Labeling and stamping them gives me something to do snd I can get paid from it. And also I go walk or cuddle with my dog and smoke 420. So far that’s all I been doing besides going to work. My patients love me but I have to remember that I am needed snd wanted by many.

The biggest thing I can recommend is find a hobby or project. I know it’s not that simple, but if you find something you like doing and want to continue doing, that’s a big reason to stay alive. I personally love drawing things, and then figuring out how to create them in real life, particularly through sewing. If you need a stranger to vent to, please message me, I like to think I’m a good listener :)

I’m having trouble with suicidal thoughts too. I don’t know how to shake it off.

All of what the above comments said. Meds and therapist. Reach out to trusted friends & family to talk. It’s about getting through not so much fighting it as I think that can make it worse. I try to get in movement as much as I can as that helps me to increase serotonin: going for a hike/walk, putting on music & dancing, yoga for depression, and hula hooping. I also like to snuggle my pets more during this time as they really help bring me joy. Also watching funny movies and coloring. Find the things that bring you some joy. ❤️

Hi rainbow how are you feeling today? Are you taking any meds? Do you go to see a therapist? It's important you won't be alone with those thoughts, share your friends and family. When I have those days I try to do something nice for myself that I enjoy like watching a movie or eating out. Hang in there🙏
