Struggling with Fibromyalgia Medication

I’ve tried multiple different meds for FM, only for all of them to make me feel like I’m burning alive, with no relief, as well as excessive vomiting whenever I take the medication(s). I’ve been using Delta 8, but I’m not sure what other avenues there are.

Ive been on so many different meds, i just switched doctors and apparently there are a lot of different options. He started me on venlafaxine but there is a period where you have to deal with side effects that aren't great. I took one dose and realized I desperately need a break from medications even if it means being on bed rest. But all of that aside even just the one dose I took I feel like it actually helped a decent amount with my pain. It's classified as a snri
