Feeling Isolated and Losing My Mind

I absolutely hate myself. everybody just tolerates being around me and I feel like I'm completely losing my mind. I try to help other people as a coping mechanism but it just makes it worse for everyone. I am not technically alone but I feel completely isolated

      Forget them then if they just tolerate you then that’s their problem find someone who loves you for you! Practice self love and prove those people wrong. If you need a friend dm me

      Well i know that is trying to talk to random people in public and in social places, its like i always get into trouble i sometimes think its just because im different ,haveing autism and people just don't understand why
