How a $30 bottle of pills stopped my anxiety

A $30 bottle of pills/vitamins may have stopped my anxiety. A few months ago I was looking up ways to deal with hemroids and after watching a few videos some doctors were giving basic advice, but at the very end they mentioned that Bioflavonoids are a possible help. I researched them and it seems they help with bloodflow and common uses ar for tenitus. I went for it and after a month+ there was a small change in my over all hemroids but nothing major. BUT when I went to the doctor the next (it wws scheduled for over a month and had to be postponed) I had virtually no anxiety. None. This would have normally had me in a mess a few days prior and in near physical pain with my anxiety the day of. I researched more and found that a 2019 study was being looked at again in 2022 and noted that 95% of people with anxiety and depression showed improvement. I am taking Lemon Bioflavonoids that i got off amazon. The bottle recomends 2 a day but that dose is high. I have only been taking 1 a day since I got them.
