Don't stress over your symptoms of any condition you may have.. try and redirect your thoughts as much as possible to other things.. more positive things..focus.. as soon as you think of your ailments bothering you, try to put your thoughts somewhere else.. control your thoughts as much as possible.. and learn to meditate every day.. clear you mind of all thoughts for 10-15 minutes a day (try it a few times a day at that).. this should eventually help lower your stress & anxiety levels which should also help minimize your tinnitus... it takes practice...

😥 I’m in my third year of dealing with tinnitus after a closed TBI! I have been robbed of my peace and quiet, I’m ready to lose my mind, not to give up tmi but when you can’t even go to the bathroom without a fan or faucet on, because the ringing is driving you insane, or you can’t sit on your porch and enjoy the quiet of the night it makes you question if it’s really worth it anymore 😖

A chiropractor adjustment provoke the ringing and I believe is coming from me neck/cranial. It gets worst when I go to sleep or when I’m on the phone a lot. I also go outside and put on headphones w music or whatever to relax it. I can’t stand the noise but o won’t let it drive me crazy. Praying it away 🙏🏼 so hard to find a perfect position and the perfect pillow is almost impossible. Doing my best. Hang in there.

I’ve had it since I was born so it’s all I know really. So it’s easy for me to forget about it but when I do focus on it, it gets so loud it hurts.

Headphones at night with music or nature sounds help me sleep.

I've had it since my 20s. It never goes away you just learn to deal with it. Don't let it drive you crazy, because it will. Sometimes Mines so loud I can't focus on anything eles but the hight pitch in my head. If I start to notice it I get up and do something to keep me busy, usually when I step outside it subsides I focus on other things like nature.

I sleep with 2 box fans running. I use ear plugs with noisy equipment so i dont make it worse . And i try to keep my blood pressure down

@dannuel72 blood pressure is a key for me. Low BP equals low tinnitus
