Has anyone used castor oil on their abdomen for endometriosis? I'm trying a holistic route and was recommended this to help break down endometrial tissue and was told that it lowers cramps. I'm not on birth control For pain I take medical MJ, and drink a blend of raspberry leaf, dandelion root, lavender, chamomile, ginger, turmeric tea. Turmeric has an ingredient (curcumin) that suppresses tissue migration, and helps with inflammation. Chamomile helps with cramps and also suppress the growth of endometrial cells. Last year I had my 2nd laparascopy (I was on the nexplanon implant almost the entire time leading up to surgery) and he couldn't find any more growths. I had also been drinking this tea almost every day.

Hey, I found it helpful in several cases when my painkillers didn’t help so much. The only problem with castor oil is that I need to lay on my back and basically do nothing when I’m using it, which is impossible with a baby in the house.
