Cyclothymia: Share Your Experience

I feel it gives more questions than it answers. However I feel confident I am not going to develop bipolar overnight. I have very rapid cycling symptoms which is exhausting physically and mentally. My depression and anxiety swings so often and any high/non depression is always associated with lack of confidence and concern nowadays.

That it’s can change at any given moment in a day. And random crying.
