Hi could anyone help me , I’m pretty sure I’m getting to my lowest of this depression, any medication that has worked for anyone in great ways?? I can barley stay awake nowadays work is the only thing that really motivates me to get outta bed at this point..

      I understand that feeling, I know it's awful. What everyone has said is true, everyone us different and of course there's no guarantee that what works for one will for the other, but for me I believe that Prozac and Seroquel has been pretty good. I don't have much experience with therapy, but my lifestyle and home situation has changed a lot, which helped me to pull me out of my slump. I wish you all the best, remember to take things one day at a time. You will get better❤️

      I’m just in my head so much so I feel like sleeping and working out , or even having a bath really helps me get out of my head. You can only do those things for a short period of time tho so sleeping is a long thing. I go through these like sleep comas during the weekends sometimes where I can’t even open my eyes , I hear what’s happening around me but my eyes are stuck closed..idk if anyone has experienced this before

      The therapy group would probably make me cry I’m such a sensitive person literally sm triggers me

      Most days all I do is lay in bed after work like that’s what I look forward to now is goin to sleep..when I literally hate sleep..idk what’s happening to me tbh and I don’t like it wasting my life away…

      I was only recently put on medication but before that I would spend a lot of time outside on the beach or walking in the woods. If that didn't work I would do a self care night. Hour long shower, my favorite lotions and facemasks and diy Mani Pedi. I actually did one last week cause frankly life sucks and I needed a pick me up. Hope this helps 💙

      I liked going to group therapy stuff when I was super low. Even to just listen to other people
