How's everyone doing today?

This is my first day on the app, going through a rough damn time. Haven’t left my house in 2 weeks and have to start a medicine that has caused me to gain weight in the past (lower dose so fingers crossed.) Hope you’re doing better than I am!

i finally felt able to be honest with my therapist yesterday and we both believe i would benefit from a med increase (Quetiapine)

I'm hopeful, just added a new medication to the bunch. Now just to wait and see if it works!
