Looking for the right AdHD meditation

i just started on concetra and so far it seems to be working great. that coming from someone who’s tried at least 6 other medications over the years lol. i wont lie, i’ve been unmedicated for a majority of since i was diagnosed with any mental illness. i didnt get a true adhd diagnosis until pretty recently, before the docs put it down to minor adhd but extreme anxiety and depression. turns out my adhd over powered everything else lol. i tried at first and nothing worked so i gave up. the last year or so everything has got so much worse, i started having auditory hallucinations sometimes and an overwhelming feeling of impending doom. i knew it was time to try again and get help. with this new medication everything is quieter. i dont know how to explain that, whether it was my thoughts were too loud or i picked up on every last little noise or what, but everything is so quiet and peaceful now. i havent had any bad side effects from it either except for acid reflux (which may not be from the medication anyway) but i take a tums every so often to combat it. just before this med i tried wellbutrin and it was horrible. ive heard a lot of bad things about wellbutrin and had a bad experience myself so i wouldn’t recommend it. but everyone is different and will react to other medications differently!
