Struggling with weight gain on seroquel

Trigger warning: Weight I don’t know if any one else experiences this but I’ve gained so much weight on seroquel. Any tips on how to lose it or how to make it stop making me gain weight? Literally anything helps

      Brandon, are you taking it for SAD? SAD is a form of mood disorder. If you're taking it for SAD, weight gain is abnormal, and you should talk to your doctor. Otherwise, it's considered normal and just about the only solution is to either increase exercise or reduce caloric intake.
