looking at my profile shows just how many diagnosed disorders I have. I am a med student and people assume I know how to help my disorders. it's easier to give someone else medical advice than to take my own. I don't know why, but it is. anyone have a problem with giving great advice but not being able to take it?

Yup same here! I’m great at giving advice but hard for me to put into practice

Absolutely. I always tell people to just stick to a pattern or routine but can never stick to one myself which throws me off
Definitely, I'm a nursing student and I'm quite knowledgeable when it comes to helping other people, but not myself. I know of ways to better my condition but I'm just so worried about side effects because I already feel so awful all the time.
