I have fibromyalgia, bpd, and social anxiety. How do I get rid of the brain fog and motivate myself to doing anything throughout the day?

You need to look for ways to increase your dopamine, that’s the motivation get stuff done stuff lol. Most people just think it’s the “happy” but it’s kinda “before” that.
Cold exposure, like splashing cold water on your face or a cold shower, maybe soaking your feet in cold water. Natural light outside before 11am.
I know some rheumatologists will prescribe stimulant medications to help with this.
I have adhd but didn’t get diagnosed until 35, but after starting a stimulant it helped a lot.
Maybe the next day, go for a walk and wave to a neighbor. Idk, baby steps
