      @BiancaNR oh yes I know that. As when I have a flare I say: "oh that again and go into healing mode" when I got covid I thought it was a flare. I think I made myself worse as I treated like Lyme for a week before calling in! Ugh

      Yes I'm in remission, but I did have a flare up around February... they come and go, and truth be told I don't often know if it's actually a flare up or not (I've had bad health for so long I'm not quite sure what good health feels like) but in general I'm considered to be in remission!

        @Owlbug97 oh man šŸ˜„! It took many years to get to remission. Keep up the fight. Be kind to yourself. I am on a strict inflimation diet...

          @JeanetteB yeah my diet is really strict and everyday is a struggle. Lyme disease is so hard and so lonely.
