I have been in clinical remission for 4 months for the first time since I was diagnosed 3 years ago. My energy levels are back to what they once were and I have no pain. I go to the bathroom once a day and it’s normal. I still have to stick to a special diet but other than that my life is normal again!

I felt in remission for a long period (like 6 months), but in my colonoscopy there were still signs of inflammation.
