i struggle with taking my medications. it’s partially forgetfulness but mostly anxiety based. i’ve overdosed multiple times and my last one in may traumatized me. i can no longer hold down meds and even getting near my pills makes me super anxious and nauseous. im trying to work with my therapist on it but i haven’t been on my medications in months and my mental health is slipping. any advice on how to overcome this anxiety?

I have a medication tray that separates each dose so it's organized and pretty and doesn't look like so much. If you have somebody who lives with you or comes over alot they can fill it every week for you and even hold onto it if it makes you more comfortable. That or maybe you can put it in a public space and treat it like any other appliance for its cause and time. Just like a microwave or toilet. Wish you the best of luck 💕 you have perseverance and good head on your shoulders. Sending you love stranger 💕💕

Get a pill container with the days of the week on it. I always remember to take mine based upon my birth control being able to see that I have taken that each day has helped me

A lot of pharmacies have a service where they prepackage your meds with the correct doses for each in a sealed little pack.
