Struggling with Reading Suicidal Posts

I love this app. I am a caring person that would try my best to help. I feel horrible for saying this but it’s starting to really bother me when I see posts about people saying that they are suicidal. They are crying for help,their feelings are extremely valid and I completely understand and care but it’s hard you me to read. Unfortunately I have to take a break. Am I the only one that feels like this?

      I feel the same way. It's a big load to take on, especially for a stranger that you have no connection with and you want so desperately to help. It can get overwhelming because you want to help but you don't know how. I think it's always a good idea to take a break when you feel overwhelmed 😇♥️

      I think a lot of people feel like this. I know I do. As much as I love this app some stuff on here can be very triggering and can really drain your energy.
