Processing the Loss of a Friend

TW: car crash, death So... My cousin's really close friend was killed in a car accident with a drunk driver last night. I graduated high school with him in my class of 13 people, and he was in a chemistry class with me and only 4 others. I was never close with him, but my heart aches for his family because he was only 19 years old and has 5 younger siblings and one older brother. He was part of a group of guys his age who all played basketball together for at least all of high school, some longer than that. They were all still really close, uncannily close for 19 and 20 year old boys. My cousin is one of those boys, and his brothers are close with the siblings of the boy who was in the accident. I've never had someone this closely involved with my family pass away before, so I'm trying to process it.
