    My go-to is to get out of my house/room (which is where I'd always use). For me, I go to my car and drive around aimlessly listening to music until the urge stops, maybe even park it in a new place and walk around. The key for me is removing myself from a triggering environment, and putting myself in an environment with new and unfamiliar stimuli, refocuses your brain (it loves creating new synapses!)
