How do you cope and try to push through symptoms so you can still do at least some things you want to get done? I have stubborn symptoms that don't respond to any treatment. I already can't work and had to drop out of college, but I still want to work towards *some* things while I try to get this stuff figured out but it's REALLY difficult. I feel very weak and like I'm doing something strenous when simply moving around or using any of my muscles, being upright is extremely uncomfortable, and I'm always in pain, and movement aggravates it a lot. I also feel "off" and fuzzy all the time, when I sit or stand I feel especially weird, and I'm always bloated and feel extremely full because food messes me up. my body never feels normal or comfortable. and that's not even half of it. how do you make it easier to muster through? is there a way to somehow ignore symptoms/make them feel less noticeable, even if they're severe? I feel lost and stuck. my neurologist doesn't even know what's causing most of my symptoms. so I might be living like this forever. it's pure misery.

@hazyeclipse my pots is the same way I try to get in as much exercise in as I can on my good days and make sure to get a nap or something afterwards to help recover

I just keep going. My doctor told me the more you test with POTS the worse it gets. I was at the point where I could barely stand. I slowly started walking. I started with just half a block and built up until I could walk 4 or more miles at a time. I just keep up movement, and I honestly don’t have POTS issues anymore.

@Dee22 The opposite happened to me. I was able to work out less and less, until I just.. physically couldn't anymore. Went from running, going on long walks for hours, and resistance training to not being able to do any of it at all. I'm glad you were able to get better with more walking and movement though
