I am struggling wigh nerve spasms, memory issues and headache. been to the doctors and dementia was brought up. awaiting neurology for 5+months what should I have ready for when I eventually get to see the. to help correct diagnoses

I'd save all medical letters in a folder labeled medical it help u and the Dr's to see what ur help is like also I do same and also I write notes how I'm feeling date it and put it in back of folder it will give the Dr's to have an insight into how u feeling
