when i was taking it everyday it made me really tired, i might try taking it as needed again because my anxiety has been through the roof lately and the citalopram isn’t holding up like it used to
💕after awhile buspar start to lose effect also I just had to increase my dosage to 30 mg twice a day I’ve tried antidepressants but my body doesn’t tolerate them well at all so my doctor stop prescribing them for me it’s a struggle
Mine was prescribed as needed I did that for a long time but it didn't seem to help, then I took it twice a day everyday like clockwork and it seemed to work a lot better for me. I also still took another if I needed it though. Overall it worked better for me when taken more regularly.
I take it as needed. But I also take a stronger anti anxiety med (Klonopin). I don't feel like buspar works at all. Maybe it's because I'm on something stronger
