Hi, I am 5 years into my symptoms and still don’t have a full diagnosis. I was told for a long time that my pain is fibromyalgia but seems like there’s an autoimmune/connective tissue disease component as well. A few months ago I tore my hip labrum just from going on a walk, and wanted to know if anyone else here has experienced any similar issues due to their condition

I tore my labrum in both hips doing absolutely nothing. I eventually had to undergo total hip replacement. I’m 47 and feel twice my age. I walk with a cane when going long distances but have been working hard to walk without it.

I’ve been told I have a mixed connective tissues disease as well. With fibromyalgia and lupus.
