Extreme Hip Pain - Does Anyone Else Experience This?

Is this pain down the front of the leg? If so, count be your hip is slightly out of joint I see my chiropractor and they will pull on your leg to try to get hip back in place sometimes takes a couple adjustments for full relief. Hope that helps

Sounds like it's coming from your SI joint. I've gotten injections and RFA in my si joints to help with the pain and it's been a life-changer

Every day. It's horrible. I try to move it as much as I can.

All day everyday. I do yoga it helps a little. I usually have to lay on my back. Bend my leg in a 90 degree angle and pull it over the not hurting leg and hold it there till it goes back in or relaxes then release it back down to flat.

I did, and I found that it felt very similar to when I pinched a nerve in my back. The most helpful Thing for me was to stretch, even though it was painful at first, it helped so much after about 30 seconds

Sit on the floor with your legs in front of you, and cross your painful leg over the other and pull the knee towards your chest with the foot flat on the floor. Hold ~30 seconds and alternate
