I’ve had 2 meals today , both w cheese and carbs . I really really want to purge but I’m trying not to hit I feel super guilty. What do I do to help :(

    I find distraction skills are helpful when I want to purge. That’s exactly what it sounds like, you find something that will take up your attention, therefor distracting you on some level from your thoughts. You could color or do a word search. Just anything you enjoy that will take up your attention.
