      Yes ❤️ I have just done CBT and it has been very helpful. I've had about 11 sessions so fair and it isn't a miracle fix in a week but it has helped with consistency. It maps out emotions, thoughts and actions and makes what is causing the anxiety and panic clearer and it doesn't seem like something that is so big and scary and out of controll.

        @EnglishRose Ok. I started with a new therapist because the one I had didn't seem to be helping. Hopefully this one can help with my panic attacks. Was just wondering if anyone has had success with talking with a therapist... And how long does it take to get back to normal?
