Introducing Myself: Struggling with Chronic Depression as a Trans Person

Hi and welcome! I'm new here, too, and have also had depression since I was a child. I had some trauma early in life that must've contributed, but honestly, my gut tells me I would've had depression regardless! It's been episodic. Do you have some supportive people in your life? I feel like that's super important for everyone, but especially us. 🌈✨💕💐

I am in the same boat I am a woman but I have had depression since childhood. I try to meditate on positive prayers.
