I haven’t been to my therapist in over four weeks and I am truly struggling. I want to die and it’s really hard to keep going. I can’t see her in over two more weeks. I can’t sleep and I want to hurt myself again. Anyone got advice?

yes, they don’t have an appt before I go on a vacation that I have had scheduled for a long time.
why not message them? it probably won't be a session but maybe theyll give you some small advice or maybe they'll have someone cancel last minute and theyll take you in
How are you doingtoday? Take it hour by hour or if you have to minute by minute. Have you tried using a journal to get your thoughts out in-between appt? You could call your therapist office and tell them it's an emergency situation? If you need just dm me and we can talk. I'm not a therapist but can be a friend who's been where you are before.
Why can't you see your therapist? My therapist was always going to conventions and trips and everyone month I wouldn't see her. I hate that bitch, for so many reasons she did me dirty but what I learned from that experience is that I need a consisten therapist that I can see every week. Also have u looked into free support groups

One thing I have found that's been super helpful is Cerebral. I have to pay for it because my insurance doesn't cover it but it's like $80 a month and I have unlimited access. If I have something going on and need to reach out I can. I have found it super helpful. It's not always my therapist herself that answers if I send a message but it's always someone on my care coordination team that has access to all my info and can catch up on my background before reaching back out to me. I've found it super beneficial. I have pretty bad anxiety and sometimes between sessions I need to be able to reach out and ask questions or talk with someone and they are there. At all times.
I would also suggest reaching out to your local crisis center. I'm almost positive every county has one? Otherwise the suicide prevention hotline is always a good resource. They always have someone willing to listen.

I second local crisis centers! You can speak with someone anonymously and all they want is to listen and support you. If you have a friend or family member you feel comfortable talking to, reach out and be honest about how you're struggling. I hope that you're able to get the support you need ❤️
This pain is temporary. Remind yourself that you're okay, you have an appointment with your therapist soon, and you just have to keep going until then. Watch something funny, with or without another person. Last but not least: CRY. seriously, if you feel like you need to cry, do it. listen to a sad song or watch a sad video if you need to jumpstart your tears. it's amazing how cathartic it is to just have a good cry. I'm sorry you're experiencing this and can't get to your therapist soon enough to ease the pain
