Apparently I've actually lost some of my hearing and while it's not super bad I'm pretty sure it's been progressing for a while and I'm scared. I don't know if I can reach out to any communities, I don't know what's going to or what is happening, I wasn't prepared for the realization that some of my hearing really isn't there, and it's scary. And I don't know what to do. And I need help, or advice, or comfort, or someone to tell me even if it's small, there are still people willing to talk to me.
