Navigating Boundaries with Gender Dysphoria

I don't like having sex without a binder on. People seem to fixate on my boobs. I hate it, and it's part of the reason I broke up with my last partner.

Well, as a trans guy, i would like to say that a lot of times ive only had to discuss them not using female gendered terms, but if im super dysphoric, ive had success with strap ons, and i have worn a shirt and/or a binder during sex which also made my dysphoria more tolerable
