Help me pls. I’m having a panic attack and I feel suicidal. I just had the worst autistic meltdown in 2 months. I’ve done really well at managing them healthily and I tried to do that today but my mum ignored my calls and messages which is how I communicate to her from a different room so I don’t hurt her or scream in her face and control it to myself. She ignored me and I ended up storming downstairs and I smashed a glass and screamed in her face. I want to die pls help I can’t deal with this guilt all I ever asked was for her to pick up her phone during my meltdowns so I could control it

Take deep breaths, reassure yourself that you'll be OK, and try to distract yourself. Find a game you like playing, a video you like watching, anything that'll detract you from how you currently feel. Everything will be OK, and you will have the mental faculty to rectify the situation, but don't think about it too much or you'll just end up over obsessing.
