Anyone with kidney stones and cysts that has POTS and can’t over load kidneys with sodium or calcium cuz saturation of this crystals in urine are extremely high?
Any ideas to help this blood volume electrolytes issue of POTS?
The medication Florinef may be a good solution as it allows the body to retain the sodium we do consume much better. From my understanding, from a renal perspective it is all about the body's ability to properly process and excrete electrolytes. Because even on a renal diet, you have to moderate your potassium intake as well. Based on what limitations provided by your doctor in regards to your renal health, you may see about when might be the best time of day or amount at one time that helps you maintain hydration best.
