Anyone out there in stressful sales/account management roles with BPD? I took a risk and left a more creative role for sales. A big part of my new job is to simply answer the phone and get customers the info they need. It can take weeks or even months to answer or call my closet friends and family back (depending on how life is going...) If you have a role that requires constant communication and relationship building (even when personal relationships are crumbling) I would love some advice as to how you make it work.
