      You can find some new things to live for or rediscover old things you forgot about. A new food and drink or some type of activity. Ginger / turmeric tea for headaches and coffee for depression. Fruit to feel healthy physically and see if your mental health feels better. Anything that makes you happy like apps on your phone or being creative. Educate yourself on some of your symptoms with Google or youtube
