Does anyone else struggle with regulating their emotions with ADHD? Emotions are overwhelming and I’ve made a lot of mistakes in those moments because of it. I’m finding it hard to trust myself. I don’t know if I’m asking for advice or just wanting to know it’s not just me. 💜
I struggle with it too, I'll think I'm doing good and then something gets me mad and I can barely stop myself from lashing out. I'd suggest talking to a doctor/therapist about this and seeing what they say. they might be able to help you or at least do it better than I ever could
